My Pitch

I spent the first 22 years of my professional career on the agency-side, sharpening instincts across a myriad of B2B and B2C clients: Fortune 50 manufacturers, major universities, national non-profits, consumer brands. I loved it. Then I crossed to the client side and realized all the sweat equity I put in the trenches shaped me into a well-informed, well-rounded, multi-faceted super marketer/creative.

At Galen College of Nursing, I've had the great honor of helping build an in-house Marcomm department - leading brand, creative, content, demand generation, social, and digital across a national footprint. In less than four years, I helped support the launch of over 20 campuses and the enrollment of tens of thousands of future nurses. I helped shape the strategy, voice, and creative ecosystem that drives Galen's enrollment and reputation today.

What I bring is value. I'm the rare combination of someone who can write the headline, direct the shoot, build the content architecture, manage the agency relationship, develop the team, and report on performance - all without losing the thread of the brand. I lead with curiosity, tackle hard problems, and take the work seriously without taking myself too seriously.

21 Galen College of Nursing campuses launched throughout the U.S. in five years

3 recruitment campaigns developed, launched, and optimized in a growing number of DMAs throughout the U.S. each year with a media budget incremental increase from $18MM to $35MM

150% enrollment growth in five years (8k in 2021 to 20k in 2026)

73% increase in graduates in five years (30K in 2021 to 52k in 2026)

First NIL campaign for nurses launched in 2024. Campaign won multiple honors including Gold and Grand Clio awards for partnerships and innovation

Ad Agency Tenure

Creative lead for a portfolio of major accounts including GE Appliances, Ingersol Rand, GE Aviation, Lexmark, Lennox, University of Louisville and Big Brothers Big Sisters

Strategic brand expansion for GE Appliances, including GE Profile, GE Cafe, and GE Artistry sub-brands, across the U.S. and Canada. Multiple product launches each year over a 10 year period.
